Hello Learning 2.0 participants.
Turn up your speakers or put on your headphones and click on the play button above (twice) for a special message regarding this discovery activity.
Then ...
- Add a comment to your blog about technology in general. PS: Also be sure to add at least one comment to another participant's blog. That's what online communities are all about - connecting and communication.
- Optional: If you want to play some more, create your own Gizmoz animation. Play the demo to find out what it's all about. Then click on Get Started and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will be asked to register. (Note: if you can't record your own voice, type in some text and the computer will speak for you!)
Once you have created your animation, give it a tag of "TQLlearning2". Then add the URL link to your Gizmoz animation to your blog. (Added challenge: If you're feeling confident, add your animation directly to your blog by copying the code into the html.)
Well done!
:)

Hi Robyn
This is really interesting. I think everyone will enjoy this course as they progress through it.
The library staff and I thought the Gizmoz site was pretty funky.
Enjoyed doing this task!
Hi Robyn,
I enjoyed playing with Gizmo and i feel i have learnt quite a bit!
Hi Robyn
I couldn't get the demo cartoon to work after many attempts. so I skipped to the task of creating my own animation. microphone recording didn't work for me so I now have a nice yankee voice!
cheers
Alison
Hi northstarfish. I just had to re-do my Gizmoz character because it was no longer working. And I couldn't record my voice either. Not sure why, but at least it lets you enter your own text. Thanks for letting me know.
Cheers, Robyn :D
